Made of a strong silk velvet. No closures, must be slipped over the head to be worn.
Gatherings on the sides of the bodice.
The train is lined with a graduating pink silk. The tip of the train has some weight. Upon close examination, a large coin-shaped object is hidden in the lining tip, (you can feel it but not see). This adds weight to the train to create a graceful drape.
Silk velvet flowers with underwire were pinned to the shoulder. Removed, but will be packaged separately.
Condition:
Antique excellent. No discoloration, no underarm issues, no holes, no pinholes. the train tip has a few piles missing with a pale dust mark, hardly there.
